have four Hampton Bay ceiling fans in my home. they are all working execptionally except the one with a remote control

Remote problems
I have a Hampton Bay ceiling fan that operates only by remote control. The remote system stoped working for both the fan and lights. The transmitter model uc7078t works (I tested it on another fan).
